Shipping policy

 

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are dispatched only after the orders are confirmed.

  • Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Shipping originates from our warehouse.

Ship Time = Order Confirmation + Fulfillment + Packing + Logistics Handover

Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product type and customization requirements.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are applicable per product and are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher), as per global shipping standards.

  • All weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram in accordance with courier policies.

  • Estimated shipping charges are displayed at checkout for eligible zones.

  • Shipping charges are exclusive of customs duty, import tax, VAT, or any other destination charges. These must be paid by the customer/consignee at the time of delivery.


3. Delivery Timelines

Within India

  • Registered Post: 5–7 working days

  • Speed Post / Courier: 3–7 working days

  • Metro & Prime Cities: 2–4 working days

  • South India (TN, Kerala, Karnataka, AP, Telangana): 5–6 working days

  • Rest of India: 6–8 working days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 12–15 working days

  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance or external factors.

Spiritual Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers are advised to monitor tracking status regularly.

  • In case of delivery concerns, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


5. International Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may attract customs duties, taxes, or other destination charges. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be borne by the customer.


6. Non-Serviceable Zones

Shipping rates are automatically calculated for supported zones.
If your zone is not listed:

  • You may place the order and send an enquiry.

  • Shipping charges will be shared via email.

  • Upon confirmation, a separate invoice for shipping will be issued.

Alternatively, you may place the order and mention shipping requirements in order remarks.


7. Product Restrictions

Certain products (such as food items, oils, perfumes, or DG-classified items) may have shipping restrictions, especially for international destinations.

  • Some items may require sea shipment with a minimum gross weight of 70 kg.

  • If a product cannot be shipped, it will be removed at packing stage and the balance amount will be credited as store credit for future use.


8. Address Modification

Once payment is completed and an invoice is generated, the shipping address cannot be modified.


9. Partial Shipments

Orders may be shipped partially based on product availability (with customer confirmation).

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • In case of cancellation of pending items, only the product value will be refunded.

  • Shipping charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable.


10. Packing Standards

All products are packed by experienced professionals according to product nature, size, and fragility.

  • Packing charges are included in shipping for most products.

  • For items weighing above 5 kg, packing charges may be quoted separately.

  • Packing charges apply for all international shipments.

We take utmost care to ensure safe packaging; however, damage caused during transit due to handling by third-party logistics providers is beyond our control.


11. Delicate & Fragile Items

For clay, terracotta, glass, marble, stone, metal artefacts, and other delicate items:

  • We use secure packaging and experienced logistics partners.

  • Despite best efforts, transit damage due to external handling cannot be held against Spiritual Solutions.


12. Custom & Large Idols (1 ft & Above)

  • Orders are confirmed via email only.

  • For customized idols, sample images are shared for approval.

  • Production timelines are approximate and may vary.

  • Idols require Government of India certification prior to shipment.

  • Dispatch will occur only after certification.

  • Local transportation charges for certification may apply based on idol value.


13. Important Notes

  • Offers, discounts, shipping timelines, and promotional pricing apply only to online orders.

  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice.
